I love to eat.

When William started it William Mamak in Taman Mayang, PJ most lan si mamak store, my weight raising from 78kg to 103 kg now.

It is a great hang out place during my youth time. I was there for at least 4-5 days a week. Of course, back then, the food served is not as expensive like now.

The spaghetti is great; they invented some new cooking way for Maggie Pedas with special source, that I love also, Mee Raja is also great, fried crab rice, and last but not least Roti Nun!! Best in town I dare to say, no restaurant can do it as good as them so far. They have Roti Nun with cheese, ham, garlic, chicken, and mint, condense milk, caramel and other source which I have no idea what is it, but sure, it taste good with Roti Nun.

Lately, I am addicted to another kind of food, but this time, it is not made by Malaysia. Its’ shop can be easily noticeable around shopping mall and most people love it fried chicken breast.

Shi Lin, Oyster Mee Sua from Taiwan.

Is not that cheap where they served in a small bowl only. As when I will pass by one of this shop, I will try to stop by and take 1 bowl to satisfy my desire for Mee Sua.
Mee Sua should eat when it is hot and must have sufficient vinegar. Oyster is raw so if you like raw oyster, it is fine, or else the smell in your mouth could kill others when you talk!!! XD

Post 23: Sport & Healthy

October 25, 2009: Subang Jaya: Post 23:

I still remember when I was Form 5, my weight is only at 75-78kg. I was so fit back then. I cycle to school, play basketball with my gang, play badminton, I did a lot of activities. As I grow older, the number start to increase, my age is increase, my whist bigger, my tummy is bigger and my weight is heavier!! All these symptoms keep happening, my body starts to feel the pressure. Body part is getting pain when doing sport and I need to limit myself on movement and cannot push myself to enjoy the game better.

While I was window shopping in KL Pavilion this morning, something strike my attention, sport and healthy, name by Phiten.

Product shown in the shop is very interesting to me. Some special pillow selling about RM 1,000!!! Recovery band selling about RM 600. I think these product really only use by professionals!!! They sell a lot of sports injuries recovery equipment and some titanium neck band and wrist band. Base on the explanation, it should be balance our body bioelectrical current and allow our body to become healthier.

It looks interesting enough where all you need to do is to wear them and the titanium inside these bands will help balancing your bioelectrical current by itself. Hoping to get healthier these days, I decide to give it a try and see how it can improve my body and my health.

Well, even if it does not help, I think it is still very nice and stylish :P

Post 21: The Game Happen Here.

7 days more....and the Season start !!! I have been keep track of it since long long time...thanks to Andy ar!!!

2009-2010 season highlight will be, of course, on the defending champion, LA Lakers, lead by Kobe Bryant & Paul Gasol, to defend their champion. Kobe is at his best for this couple of years and I think he is still going strong. This year, as usual, candidate for MVP and try to win 2 consecutive champion for Lakers. Anyway, the team will need his leadership to keep winning.

Celtics show more desire when aquired Rasheed Wallace from Detroit Piston to strengthen thier inside post game!! Now the team with Paul, Ray, Garnet and Wallace!!! Starting 5, 4 is already super star. Still nothing is for sure in basketball game, Laker's did the same thing once with Malone and Payton but fail...

Cleveland Cavalier is interesting team to watch too as they have Shaq now in the pain!!! This will be a very "powerful" duo to watch as long as both of them stay healthy. Shaq, as one of the strongest player in the league with veteran experience will be partner with Lebron James, a very powerful dunker, slasher, passer and everything....King Lebron James mah... XD..

Orlando Magic is a good team also. With Dwight Horward, Rashed Lewis, this team make it to NBA final last year and sadly, defeated by the Lakers, or else, it will be a dream season for them to win the NBA Champion. As a young time like them, I think they are playing very well and very consistant.

Only sad team I notice now is Miami Heat as Wade where he still not getting enough support to make the team become a championship contender team. He's been threatening Heat organization that he will leave after contract expire if team roster does not improve but looking at it now, nothing much changes. Seems like this year will be same as last year, Miami Heat is a one man team again...Wade's Team....not a good thing....

Last Thursday I had experience one of the most weird way to enjoy wine with friends.

Weng Tai and Vivienne was in Singapore and they meet up for a drink that night....So, what does that have to do with me??

It started when Vivienne pop me a message and telling me she miss me over the MSN...and i was like..."huh?? Another admirer??"....

True enough this kind of things don't happen to me, always...it was a prank game from Weng Tai. They call me up through MSN and we start to talk over it about everything possible we can. Some about ourselve, some about our secondary time, some about other people too...interesting about other people though...

They start talking over their notebook and I start replying them by typing. Along they way, when we are thinking about drinking, we cheers though MSN and drink together. Of course i purely doing the "Cheers" thing as I do not have any wine at home... too bad...but still, it was fun that night.

Luckily Vivienne show me MSN webcam soon enough, or else, worst could happen....!!!

Post 19: Iran

October 15, 2009: Damansara: Post 19

What an experience to see the country of Tehran, Iran.

Early this month, I was assign to go to Tehran for exhibition, for work. For the record, this is the furthest I’ve flied so far. (Hope more to come soon). Upon arriving at the airport, I was warm by the air stewardess that no short pant is allowed in Iran at outdoor. What a great start ah!! Sigh, no other alternative but I have to change and I look like this…

Half of my body in leisure mode; half of my body in working mode…. XD

First thing I experience is the cold weather during this period. It is very comfortable weather; I think should be around 20-25 C. Even having the sun out, it is not hot. I hardly get sweat at all unless when we need to walk far far away to get our ride back to hotel….

2nd of all is Iranian girls are really pretty…unexpected. Before I depart to Iran, I though their culture will require them to have a full body covered with black cloth, but it turn out not all girls doing that.

Their feature is sharp, as if they are the mixture of western beauty and eastern beauty. Combination and it become Iranian. (Wild guesses only)
As I walk along the street, there is so many girls pass by and I really cannot stop but to look at them. Come on, how many times you can meet an Iranian pretty girl in Malaysia??? Of course I will not be so crazy to keep asking people to post for me and keep snapping photo of these girls…so it turn out I need to do it like this…like a stocker!!! XD

I am not crazy….!!!!!
Food is rather dry in Tehran. Most of the food serves with bread. Pita or Nun, this is the only 2 I can remember.
Rice will serve with herb grass, or with butter rice mixing with white rice. In short, the food is dry. There is no kuah for the rice, kebab chicken served is also dry, and most of the food I experience in Tehran is dry. There is just no source for it. Until…..our last night in Tehran….

We are invited by the Embassy of Malaysia in Tehran to have a dinner at the residence. Nasi Lemak will be served will CURRY AYAM and RENDANG AYAM!!!! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL AS REAL FOOD!!!!!!!!

We had about 30-40 guest that night and everyone is eating so happyly with the food served. Beside Nasi Lemak, there is also Satay, Rendang Lembu, acar, and many others, all are Malaysia food.

It was a great dinner and I ate 3 round of it. I swear I am not lying!!!!

Overall Tehran is not a messy as everyone though it is. It is still a very interesting country. Beside then girls, I am sure there are still a lot of places to visit and a lot of food can try. Glad I make it for the trip.
