Post 145: Samsung Galaxy S 3

Really want to have this phone. When notice Maxis have package deal with Samsung Galaxy S3, I went to the nearest Maxis center to ask about it.

Lucky it was the 1st day of the package launch and there was ready stocks available upon signing up with Maxis.

How is this phone? Well so far so good. It has a large screen which I like it. (4.8")

the screen color is really sharp. Assume this technology is bring onward from its TV technology development.

It also have a very good and clear camera and video recording quality. Picture quality is almost as good as I can take with my IXUS series camera. and with HD video recording.

Samsung Galaxy S3 is equip with Andriod version 4.0.4 with quad core processing power. It is very efficient and it is very smooth while running application.

Really happy to have this device for my own now!!! hahaha

Post 144: Sg. Lembing

Had heard about the natural beauty of Sg. Lembing for many years. Is one of the popular attraction for natural scene and relax place...

Of course, they are right, it is really a peaceful and beautiful place. We reach hill top about 7am, ngam ngam  timing to catch for sunrise. :D

Morning scenery was perfect. Cloud sleep on the forest, create moment of peace and relax feeling for me... I love it.

But what excited me even more.... Rainbow Waterfall. It require modified 4 wheels drive by "professional" to drive the truck. 1 1/2 hours drive up....very bumpy and adventurous ride...

Once we reach end of driving track, we need to cross over to wist height river to make it to the waterfall.

After crossing river, we need to walk cross the forest for another 1 1/2 hours to reach Rainbow Waterfall. It was a challenging walk due to slippery rocks and uneven land tracks. We need to be extra careful especially when we need to walk to wet rocks. Below photo is the starting point of our walking journey.

It was worth it. Hard and tired 1 1/2 hours drive and 1 1/2 hours walk was worth it. I can start notice the waterfall from distance because it is a very tall waterfall... I think it must be around 10-15 floors height.

It was a very cooling place with fresh clean water. Of course I went over to a swim and enjoy the waterfall. Too bad that day, sun was not there for us to show us rainbow...

Thanks for Kenneth, for organizing it for us. Thank you!!!

Post 143: Yonex Voltric 70

I use to have a Prince Racket. It was my favorite. Ever since its patah couple years back, getting another suitable racket is not a simple task.

I was lucky. My friend bought it brand new, Yonex Voltric 70, when it was newly launch. He tried  it but sad to know it does not hit with his style of game.

He allow me to give it a try and immediately I love it. Solid contact, light body, flexible. I feel more confidence playing with this racket.

Voltric 70...right for me...

Post 142: Hong Kong Restaurant

This is Hong Kong Retaurant, but it is located is Kuala Lumpur. To be exact, Pudu Plaza.

It was our badminton annual dinner and I did not expect any special with this dinner, base on the signboard, environment & etc... it was located at LG where near to game center, very hidden at the corner of the building.

When they serve their 1st dish, I really drop my spectacle!!! it looks fantastic...and better more, it taste great too. Lobster meat salad, Fried prawn, yam, and many more la, I cannot describe it properly in English....

There were many other interesting dished from this uncle though his only using small kitchen to prepare it. It was a great dinner to have and really like to recommend it to friends to try.... btw, rumors said that uncle might retire very soon so might not have any chance to try if prolong too late...

Our dinner cost us about RM 600 for 8 main course 1 desert soup and fried yam.
Pls call before you go, early reservation is required.

Post 141: Bukit Tabur, Kuala Lumpur

As early as 0430am morning on Saturday, me and my brothers decided to climb on Bukit Tabur Hill. It is located near Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.

There was no obvious signboard mentioning entrance for this hill so it was pretty scary in the beginning and doubt whether we were on the right track to the hill.

1st half hour was the most difficult moment for me. I think I did not stretch my and so my leg muscle was very painful. I walk very slow. Climbing with muscle pain and in very limited daylight was no joking.

As there is no obvious track, we really need to be careful with very steps we take. It was pretty challenging.

Step by step, though it is slow and tiring, once we reach 3/4 of the hill, the natural scenery really caught my attention. I did not expect such scenery still available in KL area and is really relaxing moment for me.

As we move on, there is just more tree and more hills for us but I really enjoy every minutes of it.
